Select your brand from the list.
Go to the brands page and select the brand of your car radio. We currently offer full support for Renault; support for other brands is being expanded.
Note: this refers to the brand of your radio, not necessarily your car brand. Some cars have a radio made by a different manufacturer.
Use the PRE-code or serial number of your radio.
Depending on the brand, you will need either a PRE-code or a serial number. For Renault, this is the so-called PRE-code: a combination of one letter and three digits (e.g. A123).
For some radios the PRE-code appears automatically on the display when you switch the radio on while it is locked. Otherwise, you will need to temporarily remove the radio to read the label on the back or side.

Pay securely and use the calculator straight away.
After entering your serial number you will be directed to the payment page. Payment is secure via Stripe, supporting iDEAL, credit card, and other popular methods.
Immediately after payment you gain access to the calculator. Enter your serial number and receive your unique radio code. Make a note of the code — you can then enter it into your car radio.

Switch the radio on while it is locked. The PRE-code (e.g. A123) will appear automatically on the display. If it doesn't, remove the radio briefly and read the label on the side.
The serial number is on a sticker on the side or back of the radio. Remove the radio briefly to view it. The number usually begins with a series of letters followed by digits.
For VW Group radios you will find an S/N (serial number) on the label at the back. You can also retrieve this via the diagnostic interface at a VW dealer.
Ford uses an M-code or V-code. Switch the radio on — 'CODE' often appears on the display, followed by the M- or V-code when you press a specific button combination.
Remove the radio and read the serial number on the label (often starting with 'BP' or 'TP'). Your dealer can also read this for you.
Answers to the most common questions.
The serial number is usually printed on a label on the side or top of the radio unit. For most brands you will need to carefully remove the radio using radio removal keys to read the label. For some brands, such as Renault, the PRE-code appears on the display when you press certain buttons simultaneously. Detailed instructions per brand are provided on each order page.
