Where do you find the VWZ serial number?

Remove the radio
Use VW radio removal keys (round profile). Insert them into the holes on the left and right of the radio and pull gently.

Find the white label
On the side or top of the radio there is a white label with a barcode and the serial number.

Write down the full 14-digit serial number. Always use the number from the radio itself, not from the paperwork.
