The Grand Cherokee WJ and WK have RB/RE-series radios with a label serial. The WK2 with MyGig or Uconnect 8.4 touchscreen is usually linked to the vehicle and rarely asks for a classic code.
Remove the unit and read the serial number and unit reference from the label.
Check your system: button radio (WJ/WK) or touchscreen (WK2)
Button radio: remove the unit and photograph the label
Enter the serial when placing your order
