Remove the unit and read the serial from the label, or find it via the Uconnect settings menu.
Try a full restart first — many Uconnect units recover by themselves
Still locked? Note the serial via the settings menu or the unit label
Enter the serial number when placing your order
Enter the received code via the touchscreen
Photograph the whole label — for Uconnect units the part number matters too
